I really want to take this opportunity to truly thank you for your kindness during our time of bereavement. You were kind to me from day one of reaching out to you! Your hospitality was great as well as your staff! I know I put a lot of stress on you from wanting everything done in a short time. You were there every step of the way and was very responsive. Just know that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I pray God blessing upon you.

Making funeral arrangements for a loved one is not a pleasant experience. However, the staff at Tri-Cities made it a breeze. The staff greeted us with a hug, a smile and made the process “a piece of cake”. They lifted our spirits and told us they would take care of our loved one, which they did.
When we went to view my mother’s body for the first time since her passing, she looked beautiful!! Her hair and makeup was so natural, she looked like she was sleeping peacefully. She was “all dressed up” and ready to meet Jesus in her “new home”. This fact really warmed our hearts and made her death a little easier to bear.
We highly recommend Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Lithonia, GA to anyone who wants the process of burying a love one to be easier. The staff provides top quality, professional service with a “human touch”. When the time comes, try them; you’ll like them!!!

Ms. Shameka, words can barely describe how grateful we are to you and your family. Your kindness, patience, support & thoughtfulness was tremendously appreciated. From the moment your Dad came here to your Mom’s kindness & patience as we fussed & fussed over her and to you for always being there to answer the littlest question with patience and the care for making sure we were always ok. We will be forever grateful to you thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Eastlyn Moore
My name is Eastlyn Moore and my brother was murdered in Atlanta Ga on 1/12/13. In researching the different funeral parlors in Atlanta I came across from the website, Tri-Cities Funeral Home. I made the correct choice. Living in Massachusetts and not being from Atlanta I thought the process would have been very difficult, coupled with finding a funeral pallor and to correlate all that one need to do to lay your loved one to rest.
From day one in speaking with Ms. Reynolds I found her to be a professional. I called her and from the beginning she took charge of the entire process keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
Ms. Reynolds from the Tri-Cities Funeral Home Parlor in Lithonia GA is The Place for anyone to entrust with your loved one final journey. You can be assured your loved one would be taken care of in a very professional and respectful manner.
I found the entire family members to be very courteous, polite and very considerate. There was Nothing I ask Ms Reynolds to do for my brother that she did not do for him. She exceeded my expectations.
I can only say this, put your trust and your loved one in the hands of Ms Reynolds the director of the Tri-Cities Funeral Home Parlor. The entire staff will welcome you into their fine establishment and take care of your loved one. Every detailed will be taken care of.
Ms Reynolds from The entire Moore and Thomas family we appreciated your professionalism and all that you were able to do for us in the manner in which you took care of my brother in such short notice. Thank you all again and may God Bless you all.
Thank you
