I really want to take this opportunity to truly thank you for your kindness during our time of bereavement. You were kind to me from day one of reaching out to you! Your hospitality was great as well as your staff! I know I put a lot of stress on you from wanting everything done in a short time. You were there every step of the way and was very responsive. Just know that I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I pray God blessing upon you.

“Exceptional Service” We recently selected Tri-Cities Funeral Home to handle the final arrangements for my mother in-law. We could not have made a better decision. After she passed, we called the funeral home and they immediately picked her up. We scheduled our initial meeting with Shameka. Hands down, this was the most painless funeral arrangement I have ever made. Shameka made this process so easy. She was very thorough and left no stones unturned, while making us feel comfortable at the same time. Everyone at the funeral home was very accommodating. Whatever the request, they delivered. Shameka constantly stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, until the end. They arrived promptly on the day of the service and the services were carried out immaculately. From the prayer at the house, with the family to the trumpet/trombone players at the end of the service, and everything in between, ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL!! Tri-Cities definitely went above and beyond and far exceeded our expectations. Family and friends are still talking about their services. While Tri-Cities may be small, they deliver BIG!! I highly recommend them. This was our first time using their services but it is not the last. They are now our new family and our family’s funeral home of choice and you should make them yours!!!

The Glover Family

We selected Tri-Cities Funeral Home to take care of the funeral arrangements for my mother. The service we received from the staff was OUTSTANDING!!! From the time they came to pick up the body until the time she was resting in her grave, we were exceptionally pleased with everyone at Tri-Cities. They made us feel like “family” rather than “just another client”.

Making funeral arrangements for a loved one is not a pleasant experience. However, the staff at Tri-Cities made it a breeze. The staff greeted us with a hug, a smile and made the process “a piece of cake”. They lifted our spirits and told us they would take care of our loved one, which they did.

When we went to view my mother’s body for the first time since her passing, she looked beautiful!! Her hair and makeup was so natural, she looked like she was sleeping peacefully. She was “all dressed up” and ready to meet Jesus in her “new home”. This fact really warmed our hearts and made her death a little easier to bear.

We highly recommend Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Lithonia, GA to anyone who wants the process of burying a love one to be easier. The staff provides top quality, professional service with a “human touch”. When the time comes, try them; you’ll like them!!!

Ms. Shameka, words can barely describe how grateful we are to you and your family. Your kindness, patience, support & thoughtfulness was tremendously appreciated. From the moment your Dad came here to your Mom’s kindness & patience as we fussed & fussed over her and to you for always being there to answer the littlest question with patience and the care for making sure we were always ok. We will be forever grateful to you thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The Yates Family

I would just like to express how pleased my family was with Tri Cities Funeral Home. You hear so many horror stories of funeral homes lately until you are almost scared to leave your love ones remains with any of them. My family and I can honestly say that we felt confident leaving our dad, our mom’s life partner, her husband & friend remains in the care of Tri-Cities Funeral Home. They were friendly, loving, and compassionate from the very first encounter. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable with all the arrangements, pricing, viewing etc. We are very detailed people and final results were PHENOMENAL! Our love one looked exactly like his picture even after being sick for quite some time. Shameka Reynolds and Mr. Cook were OUTSTANDING! Shameka (family now) even took extra time and care of my nephew to make sure he understood what was going on with his sidekick, his grandpa. She answered all his questions even convinced my brother to let him come inside to approve his grandpa’s look. Who does that except a good person from the heart. We didn’t gain a funeral director we gain a new family members. They are now our official final arrangement caretakers. The staff at Tri Cities Funeral Home will always be special to our family.

Thanks for treating us like your family.

Eternally Grateful

Eastlyn Moore

My name is Eastlyn Moore and my brother was murdered in Atlanta Ga on 1/12/13. In researching the different funeral parlors in Atlanta I came across from the website, Tri-Cities Funeral Home. I made the correct choice. Living in Massachusetts and not being from Atlanta I thought the process would have been very difficult, coupled with finding a funeral pallor and to correlate all that one need to do to lay your loved one to rest.

From day one in speaking with Ms. Reynolds I found her to be a professional. I called her and from the beginning she took charge of the entire process keeping me in the loop every step of the way.

Ms. Reynolds from the Tri-Cities Funeral Home Parlor in Lithonia GA is The Place for anyone to entrust with your loved one final journey. You can be assured your loved one would be taken care of in a very professional and respectful manner.

I found the entire family members to be very courteous, polite and very considerate. There was Nothing I ask Ms Reynolds to do for my brother that she did not do for him. She exceeded my expectations.

I can only say this, put your trust and your loved one in the hands of Ms Reynolds the director of the Tri-Cities Funeral Home Parlor. The entire staff will welcome you into their fine establishment and take care of your loved one. Every detailed will be taken care of.

Ms Reynolds from The entire Moore and Thomas family we appreciated your professionalism and all that you were able to do for us in the manner in which you took care of my brother in such short notice. Thank you all again and may God Bless you all.

Thank you

Shameka, I would like to commend you and your staff for such a wonderful home going service for Frederick. I know he would have loved the trumpet and greatly approve!

This is my first experience dealing with the loss of a love one and having to be responsible for their arrangement. I thank you for making it easy and bearable.
